(Term and Conditions)

I understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

【Cancellation, Refund, Makeup classes, Changes in Enrollment】I understand that once the registration form is submitted, I won’t be able to do the following for any reason (1) cancel for any reason (including but not limited to Covid-19 concerns, testing positive for Covid-19 (family members & program participants) and not being able to enter Japan) (2) receive a refund or make-up classes (3) request any changes in enrollment (Please note that you cannot do the following (A) switch between Spring Program (Until 2:00pm program) ⇄Package Plan (Until 5:30pm program) (B) switch between Spring Program in Toranomon (English) ⇄ Spring Program in Roppongi (Mandarin)

 

【Email from EtonHouse】I understand all the Emails regarding the holiday program will be sent to the 【Email addresses I registered on the form】 from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain. For EtonHouse students, Emails will be sent to the Email addresses I have registered upon enrollment.

 

【Email Setting】 I agree to change my Email setting in a way that can receive Emails from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.

 

【Email Registration】I understand that I cannot register a mobile Email address.

 

【Confidentiality】I understand the following: All information collected during registration remains confidential and EtonHouse is not required to disclose this information to the parents or any other person if it is not relevant or appropriate to do so.

 

【Promotion】Even if I request not to have my child’s pictures used on EtonHouse’s promotional materials, I understand that EtonHouse may still publish photos with my child’s face blurred.

 

【Privacy】I understand the following: 

(1) EtonHouse does not disclose information related to other participants’ privacy

 (2) EtonHouse does not answer following questions:

    – Whether my friend has signed up 

 

【Daily Drop off & Pick up by Parents】I understand that my child must be dropped off and picked up daily during the program and that there is no transportation service or drop off service.

 

 【Morning Snack】I understand that my child needs to bring a morning snack (fruits or other healthy snack) everyday. For details, please check Morning Snack.

 

【Informing absence/delay】

When informing absence/delay, instead of a phone call or Email, I agree to fill out (Absence/Late)form (For the Class part on the form, please select “Holiday Program”

 

【Pickup by someone other than a child’s Mother or Father】

I understand that if someone other than Mother or Father is picking up a child, Parents must fill out the List of Authorized Persons prior to the pickup time. I also understand that EtonHouse will not be able to release a child to someone whose name is not on the list. *A person who is picking up a child must present his/her ID with their photo upon pickup.

 

【Items that are left behind】

I understand regarding my child’s belongings that are left behind:

(1) EtonHouse will not be able to send it to my house

(2) In order to pick up the items, I need to contact EtonHouse via Email prior to picking it up

(3) When belongings are left behind more than 1 month, EtonHouse will dispose of the item without notifying parents

 

I understand that in cases that EtonHouse cannot provide the program due to a natural disaster (eg. Earthquake, Typhoon etc), EtonHouse would not be able to provide makeup lessons on other dates or provide any compensation.
