Afternoon Snack
What kind of afternoon snack should I prepare for my child?
Please prepare something healthy such as such as bananas. You can also bring crackers such as Japanese rice crackers (senbei) . Please avoid bringing sweets (candies such as chocolates, cookies, gummies) and potato chips.
– Please note that we do not have a refrigerator so refrain from bringing any snack that needs to be refrigerated.
As we are a nut free school, all types of nuts (including chestnuts, coconuts, etc) and any products that contain nuts (including peanut butter, almond butter etc) cannot be brought into the school.
