参加時まだ３歳なのですが、お誕生日が近くもうすぐ４歳です。
参加はできますか？
申し訳ございません。参加の週の初日(1日目)に満４歳でないとご参加頂けません。
参加時１３歳なのですが、参加可能ですか？
対象は１２歳までとなります。
フォームに記入する年齢は、申し込み時の年齢ですか？
フォームには「参加時の年齢」をご記入ください。
英語はビギナーレベルなのですが、参加しても大丈夫でしょうか？
様々な英語のレベルのお子様が楽しめるプログラムとなっております。
友達と一緒に申し込みたいのですが。
お申し込みは受付順となりますので、お早目に同じタイミングでお申し込みください。（受付順となる為、友達と一緒だったらお申し込みされるというようなリクエストは受け付けておりませんので、予めご理解ご了承お願い致します）
お友達と参加します。アクティビティのグループ分けをする時に友達と同じグループにして欲しいのですが。
アクティビティのグループ分けは様々な要素を考慮して先生が決める形となりますので予めご理解ご了承お願い致します。
複数日申し込みたいのですが、毎回アクティビティは異なりますか？
アクティビティは基本的に毎回同じ内容となりますが、参加されるお子様も変わるの複数日でお申し込みされても十分に楽しめるかと思います。
泊りのプログラムですか？
ご両親と軽井沢にご滞在頂き（宿泊や移動は各ご家庭でアレンジして頂く形となります）毎日会場までお連れ頂く形となっております。事前に宿泊先をご予約頂いてからぜひお申し込みください。
会場までのバスなどの移動サービスは提供していますか？
ご提供しておりません。ご両親が会場まで毎日送迎して頂く形となっております。
ホテルの予約はしてくれますか？
ホテルは各自手配をお願いします。こちらのリンクでお勧めのホテルと軽井沢でのアクティビティをご覧頂けます。
今回初めて一人で参加します。そのようなお子さんもいますか？
ほとんどの方がお一人で参加しておりますのでご安心ください。
日中オムツをしていますが、参加は可能ですか？
申し訳ございません。参加不可となります。
初めての参加です。大丈夫でしょうか？
経験豊富なスタッフが運営しておりますので、安心してご参加いただけます。
初めての参加で少し不安です。保護者はプログラムを見学出来ますか。
大変申し訳ございませんが、お子様のみのご参加となりご見学は出来かねます。
子供の名前 (First name)は日本名もありますが、普段は英語名を使っているので、プログラムに参加時、英語名で呼んで欲しいです。
その場合は、お申し込みのお子様のお名前のところに英語名でご記入ください。日本名は記載しないでください。
食物アレルギーがあるのですが、対応していますか？
ご提供のランチはアレルギー対応行っております。お申し込み書に詳細を必ずご記入ください。
嫌いな食べ物があるのですが、対応出来ますか？
申し訳ございません。嫌いな食べ物の除去は対応しておりません。
プログラムで提供されるランチがあまり食べられない場合は、自宅からお弁当を持っていってもいいですか？

日程の変更をしたいのですが、どうしたらいいですか？
日程の変更は受け付けておりません。
お申し込み後、連絡がありません。
お申し込み後は、ご登録頂いたEメールアドレス（お申し込みフォームに記載のEメールアドレス）に@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからご連絡や案内等が送られます。
迷惑メールボックスに入らないよう細心の注意を図っておりますが、今一度迷惑メールボックスをご確認ください。また@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからメールを受信出来るようお申し込み後すぐにご登録のＥメールアドレスの設定の確認を必ずお願い申し上げます
行動面や学習面などで困難な部分がありますが参加できますか？
お申し込み用紙に詳細をご記入ください。以下の通りアセスメントをさせて頂き参加可能かを判断しご連絡致します。（参加不可となった場合には全額ご返金となります）アセスメントは通常*以下の通りとなります。大切なお子様をお預かりするのに重要なアセスメントとなりますのでご協力お願い致します。またご協力頂けない場合は、参加出来ない形となりますので予めご理解ご了承お願いします。
*１）現在通っている学校/保育園/幼稚園の担任の先生に連絡させて頂き、電話で詳細を確認。（入学したて等の場合は十分な情報を得るために、前に在籍していた学校/保育園/幼稚園への連絡となります）
２）診断を受けている場合でお医者様からの診断書がある場合はEメールで送付頂く。
３）上記をもとにPrincipal, Operational Director, プログラムを担当する先生と協議し参加可能かを判断。
上記、個人情報となりますので慎重に取り扱いさせて頂きます。
お申し込み後に、不正利用と勘違いし、利用代金の決済に同意しない旨をクレジットカード会社に申し立ててしまいました。どうしたらいいですか？
指定の期日までに必ずこちらの手順をふんで下さい。
申し込み出来ません。
満席の場合、またはお申込期限（参加日から3日前）になりますとお申し込み頂くことができません。
支払ページに進みません。
申込フォーム提出後に、表示される支払サイトのURLをクリックいただく必要がございます。万が一、URLをクリックせずに閉じてしまった場合、申込フォームに登録いただいたEmailアドレスに追って支払案内のメール通知が届きますので、そちらよりクレジットカード決済にてお支払い手続きを完了ください。
全ての必要項目に記入があるのにお支払いページに進まない場合は、他の方がオンラインでお申し込みをして席を取ってしまい席が埋まってしまった状況となります。２４時間の自動受付の為、このような状況がございますのでご理解の程宜しくお願いいたします。その他の支払トラブルにつきましては、こちら（enquiry.roppongi@etonhouse.c
お休みする場合の連絡方法は？
電話とEメールでは、お休みのご連絡を受け付けておりません。こちらのフォームにご入力・送信ください
遅れる・欠席する場合の連絡はどうしたらいいでしょうか？
遅れる場合、体調不良やご家庭の事情からやむを得ずご欠席する場合のご連絡も、フォームへのご入力・送信となります（上記と同じフォームになります）。
キャンセルしたいのですが、友達に席を譲ることは可能ですか。
キャンセルによる返金は受け付けておりません。また他の人に席を譲ることは不可となります。
希望する日が既に満員なのですが、Waiting Listには載せられますか？
お申し込みが出来ない場合は満席となっております。またWaiting Listは作成しておりません。
申し込みのプロセスはどんな感じですか？
１）お申し込みフォームに情報を入力して、クレジット決済をする
２）@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから、お申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスにEnrollment Confirmation Emailが送られる。お申し込み後、数週間後に送られることもございますので予めご理解ご了承お願い致します。
３）上記のお申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスに@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから「しおり」が送られる。お持ち物や詳細等を必ずご確認下さい。※しおりは開催日が近くなってからのEmailでのご案内となります。
４）当日、軽井沢でお待ちしております。
My child is still 3 years old when joining the program but his/her birthday is not so far away. Can my child join the program ?
So sorry, a child must be 4 years old on the first day of the week you are joining.
My child is 13 years old when joining the program. Can my child join the program?
Sorry, this program is for children aged between 4 and 12.
Shall I write down the current age on the form?
Please write down “the age when he/she joins” the program.
My child’s English is at a beginner’s level. Is my child going to be OK?
The program is designed in a way that children of all different English level can enjoy.
I want to join the program with my friends.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to join with your friends, please sign up early at the same time. Please note that we cannot accommodate a request to sign up with friends on our end.
My child is joining this program with his/her friend. I want my child and his/her friend to be in the same group when they separate children for activities.
Please kindly understand that the teachers will take many factors into consideration when making groups and we might not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance.
I’m thinking of signing up for multiple days. Are the activities different?
Activities are the same for each day; however, as the children joining the program change, we are certain that your child will enjoy our program for multiple days.
Do you apply for a visa or book accommodation?
Sorry, we do not apply for a visa or book accommodation. Here is the list of hotels you can stay at and recommended activities for parents.
Is this an overnight program?
Parents need to arrange transportation & accommodation and also need to bring a child to the venue everyday. Please book accommodation prior to signing up for the program.
Is there a transportation service to the venue?
Sorry, we don’t provide a transportation service. Parents need to bring a child to the venue everyday.
Can you book a hotel for us?
We ask parents to book their own accommodation. Please see here for a list of recommended hotels and activities that are available in Karuizawa.
My child wears a diaper during the day. Can my child join the program?
Sorry, you cannot join this program.
My child is joining a program for the first time. Is my child going to be OK?
Our experienced, knowledgeable staff who will be able to support your child to have an amazing experience.
My child is joining a program for the first time. Can parents observe the program?
Sorry, observations are not permitted.
My child has a Chinese name, but we normally use an English name at home and would like the teachers to call him/her by his/her English name.
On the form where it asks for a child’s First Name, please write his/her English name instead of a Chinese name.
My child has food allergies. Can you provide the food that doesn’t contain the items my child is allergic to?
Please write down the details on the form. We prepare your lunch based on your allergy information.
My child doesn’t like certain foods. Can you eliminate the food my child doesn’t like?
So sorry, if it’s not allergies, we cannot accommodate a request to eliminate certain foods.
My child is not a big fan of lunch provided at the program. Can he/she bring lunch from home?
So sorry, participants “CANNOT” bring lunch from home.
I’d like to change my sign up day.
Sorry, after a signup, you cannot change enrollment dates.
I have signed up and made a payment but receive no Emails from EtonHouse.
Information regarding the program is sent to the Email address/addresses you registered on the sign up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.
We make sure that our Emails don’t end up in a spam box; however, if you are not receiving Emails from us, please kindly check your spam box. Please make sure to set in a way that your registered Email addresses can receive Emails from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.
My child has learning, physical, behavioral or social difficulties. Which steps do I need to take in order to join the program?
Please write in detail on the signup form. We will review as follows for consideration. Here are the steps:
- Contact your child’s school teacher to gather information
- If you have a diagnosis from the doctor, please send via Email
- The Principal, Operational Director and Teachers who will be running the program will consider whether or not the program will be beneficial for your child.
We will be very careful with handling the above personal information.
After signing up, I informed the Credit Card company that this was an unauthorized transaction and asked them to cancel. What shall I do?
Please follow these steps.
Even though it says that there is a spot available, I cannot seem to sign up.
You must sign up 3 days before the starting date.
The sign-up page doesn’t proceed to a payment page.
After submitting the sign up page, you need to click a URL for payment. If you closed the window before you clicked the URL. You will receive an email about the payment. Please finish your payment from the URL in the email.
If all the required columns are filled and the site still doesn’t proceed to a payment page, it means that unfortunately the spot is already filled by another person. Since it’s a 24-hour sign up online, it happens quite often. If you have any questions or troubles for the payment, please contact us; enquiry.roppongi@etonhouse.c

How do I notify if my child is absent?

How do I notify if my child will be late arriving or absent at the venue?
Please fill out this form to notify (Same as the form above) for the late arriving or absent due to your child’s health condition or family matters.
I’d like to cancel. I’d like to offer my child’s place to a friend. Is it possible?
Sorry, you cannot offer your child’s spot to another person.
I’d like to cancel, what shall I do?
After a signup, we do not accept cancellation for any reason. Also, we cannot refund the money for the absent. Thank you very much for your understanding.
The day I’m interested is already full. Can I put my child on a Waiting List?
Sorry, we do not have a waiting list.
What is the application process like?
1) Fill out the sign-up form and make a credit card payment
2)Enrollment Confirmation Email will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (It can take up to a few weeks to receive the Email. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance)
3)”Handbook” will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (Please check the list of items to bring and details of the program) *The Handbook is sent close to the day you join the program.
