参加時まだ３歳なのですが、お誕生日が近くもうすぐ４歳です。
参加はできますか？
申し訳ございません。参加時に満４歳でないとご参加頂けません。

参加時13歳なのですが、参加可能ですか？
対象は12歳までとなります。
フォームに記入する年齢は、申し込み時の年齢ですか？
フォームには「参加時の年齢」をご記入ください。
枠はすぐに埋まってしまいますか？
非常に人気なプログラムとなっており、特に４歳児と５歳児は枠が小さいので、参加時のご年齢が４，５歳の場合は、お早目にお申し込みされることをおすすめします

英語はビギナーレベルなのですが、参加しても大丈夫でしょうか？
様々な英語のレベルのお子様が楽しめるプログラムとなっております。
友達と一緒に申し込みたいのですが。
お申し込みは受付順となりますので、お早目に同じタイミングでお申し込みください。（受付順となる為、友達と一緒だったらお申し込みされるというようなリクエストは受け付けておりませんので、予めご理解ご了承お願い致します）
天気予報では雨の予定です。屋外のプログラムと聞いていますが、どのように過ごしますか？
雨の中でもレインコートを来て屋外で過ごします。雨が強い場合は、屋内でチームビルディングなどをして過ごします。
４〜１２歳と年齢幅が広いですが、年齢別に分けられますか？
アクティビティによってグループ分けをします。参加人数、参加者のニーズ等を考慮し、週によって異なります。基本的な分け方は以下の通りです：
- ハイキング、トレッキング、朝のゲーム等：4〜6歳で１グループ、7歳以上で１グループにグループ分け
- アスレチックや安全を特に考慮するアクティビティ：上記のグループをより小さくグループ分け
お友達と参加しています。アクティビティのグループ分けをする時に友達と同じグループにして欲しいのですが。
アクティビティのグループ分けは様々な要素を考慮して先生が決める形となり、ご希望は受け付けておりません。予めご理解ご了承お願い致します。
泊りのプログラムですか？
ご両親と軽井沢にご滞在頂き（宿泊や移動は各ご家庭でアレンジして頂く形となります）毎日会場までお連れ頂く形となっております。事前に宿泊先をご予約頂いてからぜひお申し込みください。
会場までのバスなどの移動サービスは提供していますか？
ご提供しておりません。ご両親が会場まで毎日送迎して頂く形となっております。各自宿泊先から会場までの交通機関に関するご質問は以下までお願い致します。

ホテルは各自手配をお願いします。こちらのリンクでお勧めのホテルと軽井沢でのアクティビティをご覧頂けます。
就寝時はオムツを着用していますが、日中はオムツが必要ありません。
参加は可能ですか？
日中オムツ着用が必要なければご参加可能です。
３日間全日程の参加はできないのですが、３日間のうち複数日（例：２日間）の参加は可能ですか？
申し訳ございません。３日間ご参加頂くプログラムとなります。
初めてのホリデープログラムです。大丈夫でしょうか？
経験豊富なスタッフが運営しておりますので、安心してご参加いただけます。
今回初めて一人で参加します。そのようなお子さんもいますか？
ほとんどの方がお一人で参加しておりますのでご安心ください。
子供の名前 (First name)は日本名もありますが、普段は英語名を使っているので、プログラムに参加時、英語名で呼んで欲しいです。
その場合は、お申し込みのお子様のお名前のところに英語名でご記入ください。日本名は記載しないでください。
食物アレルギーがあるのですが、対応していますか？
ご提供のランチはアレルギー対応行っております。お申し込み書に詳細を必ずご記入ください。お弁当から除去はされますが、生産ラインで卵と小麦の扱いがあるた為、卵と小麦のアレルギーをお持ちの方でご心配の場合、各自お弁当のご持参も可能です。その場合には事前に必ずoffice@etonhouse.co.jpまでご連絡ください。また料金の変更はございませんので予めご理解ご了承お願い致します。
嫌いな食べ物があるのですが、対応出来ますか？
申し訳ございません。嫌いな食べ物の除去は対応しておりません。
プログラムで提供されるランチがあまり食べられない場合は、自宅からお弁当を持っていってもいいですか？
ご持参頂けません。保管場所がないこと、また衛生管理上ご持参頂けませんので、ご理解ご了承お願い致します。
どの年齢枠で申し込んだらいいですか？
参加時の年齢の枠にお申し込み下さい。
子供は参加時4歳ですが、申し込みたい週の4歳児枠は満席です。もうすぐ5歳になるので、5歳児枠で申し込んでも大丈夫ですか？
子供たちの安全を守る為、参加時のお子様の年齢でお申し込みをする形となり、参加時に5歳でないお子様を5歳児枠ではお受け出来ません。ご理解ご了承お願い致します。
参加時の年齢と異なる年齢枠で申し込みました。問題なく登録されますか?
参加時の年齢と異なる年齢枠で申し込まれた場合は、自動的に受け付け取り消しとなります。異なる年齢枠で申し込まれた事が確認され次第、自動的にお申し込みは取り消しされ、ご登録のEメールアドレスに取り消しされた旨が連絡されます。
お申し込み後、連絡がありません。
お申し込み後は、ご登録頂いたEメールアドレス（お申し込みフォームに記載のEメールアドレス）に@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからご連絡や案内等が送られます。
迷惑メールボックスに入らないよう細心の注意を図っておりますが、今一度迷惑メールボックスをご確認ください。また@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからメールを受信出来るようお申し込み後すぐにご登録のＥメールアドレスの設定の確認を必ずお願い申し上げます
行動面や学習面などで困難な部分がありますが参加できますか？
お申し込み用紙に詳細をご記入ください。以下の通りアセスメントをさせて頂き参加可能かを判断しご連絡致します。（参加不可となった場合には全額ご返金となります）アセスメントは通常*以下の通りとなります。大切なお子様をお預かりするのに重要なアセスメントとなりますのでご協力お願い致します。またご協力頂けない場合は、参加出来ない形となりますので予めご理解ご了承お願いします。
*１）現在担当している学校/保育園/幼稚園の担任の先生に連絡させて頂き、電話で詳細を確認。（入学したて等の場合は十分な情報を得るために、前に在籍していた学校/保育園/幼稚園への連絡となります）
２）診断を受けている場合でお医者様からの診断書がある場合はEメールで送付頂く。
３）上記をもとにPrincipal, Operational Director, プログラムを担当する先生と協議し参加可能かを判断。
上記、個人情報となりますので慎重に取り扱いさせて頂きます。
お申し込み後に、不正利用と勘違いし、利用代金の決済に同意しない旨をクレジットカード会社に申し立ててしまいました。どうしたらいいですか？
指定の期日までに必ずこちらの手順をふんで下さい。

支払いのページに進みません。
必要項目に全て記入されているかご確認ください。必要項目に無記入の欄がある場合には、支払いページには進みません。
全ての必要項目に記入があるのにお支払いページに進まない場合は、他の方がオンラインでお申し込みをして席を取ってしまい席が埋まってしまった状況となります。２４時間の自動受付の為、このような状況がございますのでご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。

お申し込み期限は、参加日から７日前となります。お申し込み期限を過ぎるとお申し込みできませんのでご注意ください。
プログラムの席を友達に席を譲りたいです。可能ですか？
席を他の方にお譲りすることは出来ません。
希望する週が既に満員なのですが、Waiting Listには載せられますか？また空きが出たら連絡くれますか？
お申し込みが出来ない場合は満席となっております。満席の場合には、こちらをご覧ください。
申し込みのプロセスはどんな感じですか？
１）お申し込みフォームに情報を入力して、クレジット決済をする
２）@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから、お申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスにEnrollment Confirmation Emailが送られる（お申し込み後、数週間後に送られることもございますので予めご理解ご了承お願い致します）
３）上記のお申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスに@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから「しおり」が送られる（お持ち物や詳細等を必ずご確認下さい）※しおりは開催日が近くなってからのEメールでの送付となります。
４）当日、軽井沢でお待ちしております。

My child is almost 5 years old. Can I sign up my child from the 5 year old page?
So sorry, a child must be 5 years old when joining the program in order to sign up from the 5 year old page. We set a number of children for different age groups to ensure the safety of the children. Thank you very much for your kind understanding in advance.
My child is 13 years old when joining the program. Can my child join the program?
Sorry, this program is for children aged between 4 and 12.
Shall I write down the current age on the form?
Please write down “the age when he/she joins” the program.
Does a spot get filled quickly?
It is a very popular program. The spots for the children aged 4 & 5 are limited so if your child is aged 4 or 5 when joining the program, it’s best to sign up early. Please kindly note that some weeks do not accept children aged 4.

My child’s English is at a beginner’s level. Is my child going to be OK?
The program is designed in a way that children of all different English level can enjoy.
I want to join the program with my friends.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to join with your friends, please sign up early at the same time. Please note that we cannot accommodate a request to sign up with friends on our end.
The weather forecast says that it is going to rain. I understand this is an outdoor program. How will children spend a day when it rains?
Even in rain, children put on a raincoat and enjoy the nature. In case of heavy rain, children will participate in a team building exercise indoors.
It is a wide group of ages from 4-12. Do you separate the children into different groups?
The children are separated into groups depending on activities; however, things vary week to week and depend on attendance and the needs of children, group dynamics, etc. Normally we separate the children as follows:
– Hikes, trekking, morning games, etc: 4-6 age children in 1 group and 7+ age children in 1 group
– Obstacle course (Owl Adventure) or activities that require more teacher direction: The children will be separated into even smaller groups.
My child is joining this program with his/her friend. I want my child and his/her friend to be in the same group when they separate children for activities.
Please kindly understand that the teachers will take many factors into consideration when making groups and we might not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance.
Do you apply for a visa or book accommodation?
Sorry, we do not apply for a visa or book accommodation. Here is the list of hotels you can stay at and recommended activities for parents.
Is this an overnight program?
Parents need to arrange transportation & accommodation and also need to bring a child to the venue everyday. Please book accommodation prior to signing up for the program.
Is there a transportation service to the venue?

Can you book a hotel for us?
We ask parents to book their own accommodation. Please see here for a list of recommended hotels and activities that are available in Karuizawa.
My child wears a diaper when he/she sleeps but doesn’t require one during the day.
Can my child join the program?
If your child doesn’t need a diaper during the day, it’s no problem.
My child cannot join the whole 3 days. Can my child join less than 3 days (such as 2 days)?
Sorry, we offer only a 3 day program.
My child is joining a holiday program for the first time. Is my child going to be OK?
Our experienced, knowledgeable staff who will be able to support your child to have an amazing experience.
My child has a Chinese name, but we normally use an English name at home and would like the teachers to call him/her by his/her English name.
On the form where it asks for a child’s First Name, please write his/her English name instead of a Chinese name.
My child has food allergies. Can you provide the food that doesn’t contain the items my child is allergic to?
Please write down the details on the form. We prepare your lunch based on your allergy information. If you are allergic to eggs and wheat, they will be removed your lunch; however, eggs and wheat are handled on the production line. If you’re worried, you can bring your own lunch. In this case, please inform office@etonhouse.co.jp in advance and kindly note that the same fee applies (There will be no reduction in fees). Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
My child doesn’t like certain foods. Can you eliminate the food my child doesn’t like?
So sorry, if it’s not allergies, we cannot accommodate a request to eliminate certain foods.
My child is not a big fan of lunch provided at the program. Can he/she bring lunch from home?
So sorry, participants “CANNOT” bring lunch from home due to the lack of storage and food safety issues.
Which age group shall I register my child?
Please sign up in your child’s age when joining the program.
My child is 4 years old and the week I’d like to sign up my child has no vacancy for children aged 4. My child is turning 5 years old in a few days. Is it possible for me to sign up my child in the 5 year old page?
To ensure the safety of the children, you must sign up the age your child is when joining. If your child is not 5 years old when joining, your registration will be automatically canceled. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
I have signed up my child in the incorrect age group. Will my child be registered OK?
If registered in the incorrect age group, your sign-up will be cancelled automatically. EtonHouse will cancel your sign-up and inform you of the cancellation via Email to the registered Email addresses.
I have signed up and made a payment but receive no Emails from EtonHouse.
Information regarding the program is sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.
We make sure that our Emails don’t end up in a spam box; however, if you are not receiving Emails from us, please kindly check your spam box. Please make sure to set in a way that your registered Email addresses can receive Emails from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.
My child has learning, physical, behavioral or social difficulties. Which steps do I need to take in order to join the program?
Please write in detail on the signup form. We will review as follows for consideration. Here are the steps:
- Contact your child’s school teacher to gather information
- If you have a diagnosis from the doctor, please send via Email
- The Principal, Operational Director and Teachers who will be running the program will consider whether or not the program will be beneficial for your child.
We will be very careful with handling the above personal information.
After signing up, I informed the Credit Card company that this was an unauthorized transaction and asked them to cancel. What shall I do?
Please follow these steps.
Even though it says that there is a spot available, I cannot seem to sign up.
You must sign up 7 days before the starting date.
The sign-up page doesn’t proceed to a payment page.
The page doesn’t prompt you to a payment page when there is an unfilled required column on the page. Please check to see all the required columns are filled.
If all the required columns are filled and the site still doesn’t proceed to a payment page, it means that unfortunately the spot is already filled by another person. Since it’s a 24-hour sign up online, it happens quite often.
Please check and see if the page still displays the vacancy.

I’d like to offer my child’s place to a friend. Is it possible?
Sorry, you cannot offer your child’s spot to another person.
The week I’m interested is already full. Can I put my child on a Waiting List or can you inform me when a spot becomes available?

What is the application process like?
1) Fill out the sign-up form and make a credit card payment
2)Enrollment Confirmation Email will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (It can take up to a few weeks to receive the Email. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance)
3)”Handbook” will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (Please check the list of items to bring and details of the program) *The Handbook is sent close to the day you join the program.
4) See you in Karuizawa!
I can’t seem to download the photos. Can you send them to me via Email?
Please check your Wifi. So sorry but participants must download the photos by themselves and photos cannot be sent to you via Email or other means. Thank you very much for your kind understanding in advance.
